Chair Classes

These classes use a chair as a fitness prop to help you balance and aid with stability and alignment.  Get your cardio, strength, stretch and relax using hand weight, small balls, bands and a chair in a fun and supportive group fitness atmosphere.

Schedule: 
Chair Cardio Strength: Tuesdays & Thursdays 10 AM
Chair Stretch: Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:00
