About Us
The Rio Arriba Community Health Council (RACHC) is a coalition of organizations and individuals dedicated to improving health outcomes in Rio Arriba County.
RACHC members meet monthly to discuss and coordinate services related to the social determinants of health affecting our communities. Organizations and individuals are invited to attend and report on their activities and impact in Rio Arriba County and encouraged to form partnerships to improve their delivery of services.
RACHC activities are led by the coordinator, officers, and action team leaders with input from our individual members, collaborators, and partners.
