Tahitian Dance

Feel the grace of the islands! Get a great workout while you learn the basics of Tahitian Dance.We provide a pareo for you to wear around your hips. You may dance barefoot, in grippy socks, or with shoes if that's what you need. Best to wear shorts so you can see your knees under the pareo.
