Zumba

Zumba is a dance cardio class set to Latin and international music that create a dynamic, exciting, effective aerobic fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.  Zumba GOLD is a modified Zumba class that moves a little slower and is easy to modify for all bodies.  

Schedule: 
Zumba GOLD   Mondays & Wednesdays 10:00 AM
Zumba   Mondays & Wednesdays 5:00 PM
                  Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:00 PM
                  2nd Saturday of each month 9:00 AM
